Director of Marketing
Such roles too often restrict you to only one principal market. As a member of the management team working on both Ashcroft Homes and Alavida Retirement Residence offerings and services, you can flex your marketing muscle across multiple target markets, age groups and consumer needs. This is the career role that will challenge all of your marketing senses.
As an already successful marketing professional, you have total command of all the essential elements of marketing planning and multi-channel execution. But as the successful candidate, you bring specific abilities to the table.
You will understand and incorporate our founder’s breadth of vision when raising our brand awareness. As a marketing “thought leader”, you will define our unique brand, capture our dual company synergy and excite the community through a sustainable, multi-dimensional campaign. Additionally, your management experience allows you to work effectively with the community and our talented managers and staff as you guide our sales teams to connect with new customers who need us.
Your proven ability to harness the internet is highlighted by leveraging social media to its full potential. You have refined your approach to connect the real value inside customer data to CRM and sales systems. You believe in the science of proven market research methodologies, easily combine that with an understanding of consumer psychology and govern your planning with sound performance and financial metrics.
